National Recruiting Service Celebrates its 25^th Anniversary with the release of Website

National Recruiting Service, Dyer, IN, publisher of “The Tube Recruiter”, in celebration of it’s 25^th Anniversary, announces the launching of its web site NationalRecruitingService.com and TheTubeRecruiter.com.  The company was founded to recruit operations management, technical management and sales management personnel “exclusively” for the pipe and tubing industry.  The site is of interest to employers as well as those seeking employment with pipe and tube manufacturers and distributors. 

Founded in 1977, The National Recruiting Service is a privately held human resource firm, which specializes in the identification and screening of personnel.  Originally established as a professional recruitment firm, the company has grown into an innovative human resource firm.  In addition to the recruiting function the firm also offers contingency search, retained search, psychological evaluations and outplacement services.  The well established firm provides its services primarily to clients in North America.

Stan Hendricks, CPC, founder and owner stated, “The metals industry is going through a temporary business cycle in which there is presently an over abundance of qualified people.  This will not last.  In actuality, the size of this labor pool is getting smaller and smaller.  The demands for these unique skills will soon begin to expand exponentially.”  This statement is backed up by The Bureau of Labor Statistics, which estimates that within the next seven years, there will be 10 million more jobs than people to fill them. 

As the economy continues to recover, many people will be shocked into reality evidenced by a hiring surge.  Mr. Hendricks continues by saying, “Now is the time to start to plan for this inevitable event.”
